Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora is hiring its Sushi Chef de Partie!
About the role:
In the Vaimiti Restaurant’s kitchen, the Sushi Chef de Partie is responsible for, under the supervision of the Asian Chef, the preparation of sushi and Japanese dishes, respecting hygiene Standards and Four Seasons Standard in terms of quality.
What you will do:
Making sushi
Participating in the new recipes’ development for shushis and Japanese cuisine
Ensuring consistancy of the dishes delivered to the guests
Managing the needs in terms of products and material and taking care of proper storage conditions
Training cooks to sushi making
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene Standards at all times
What you will bring:
Significant experience in similar position – sushi and/or Japanese cuisine
Ideally experience in luxury hospitality brands
Your passion for guests’ satisfaction and attention to details
Adaptability and flexibility skills
English or French speaking is mandatory

Schedule:
Open-ended contract
Full Time Job : 39 hours a week (overtime paid), 5 days a week with a 30 minutes break for meal + 2 off
