Job descriptions

The St. Regis Bora Bora is located in one of the most beautiful and romantic islands, set amid endless Pacific waters. Its 90 Villas set within 44 acres of lush landscaping offer a unique experience facing the stunning view of Mt Otemanu.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Coordinator will have the following functions:

-Managing all administration for the Sales department to include updating client information and databases, updating rates and offers documents, processing accounting documents, ordering and stocktaking, translating as required, filing, etc.

-Managing internal and external communication for the Sales team to include the sending of contracts and promotions, newsletters and information mailouts as well as any follow up required

-Planning, coordinating and hosting Resort inspections, familiarization trips and press trips

-Monitoring and updating the Resort’s online presence, collaborating on Resort’s social media strategy with posting and the creation of content

-Generating reports and statistics on a monthly basis

-Supporting sales leaders to maximize the team's productivity by being the first or secondary point of contact for the team as required, assisting with travel arrangements, providing sales support with quotes and queries, ensuring all Sales team members, Reservations and relevant Resort teams are promptly updated as required, etc.

-Providing prompt, professional and caring customer service when handling client and guest requests or concerns

- Participate in the development of the sales plan and follow the budget

- Participate in product creation Update the brand.com website + OTAs and other sites

- Be able to manage social networks, amplify our existing accounts and develop new ones

-Monitor our visibility

- Do market research

- Participate in the development of the sales plan and follow the budget

-Supervising the Sales intern

- Performing other duties and completing one off assignments and projects as requestes by the Director of Sales & Marketing


PROFILE

- Excellent organization and time management with the ability to work well under pressure

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English

- Strong customer focus in a luxury environment

- Advanced computer skills. Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage

- Flexibility, smart priority setting and problem solving

- Must work well both in a team and alone

- A Professional demeanor and a proactive, positive attitude are required

- Diploma in Hospitality or Business studies preferred

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality sales and Marketing and/or operations is an advantage

Le St Regis Bora Bora Resort se trouve à 15 minutes en bateau de l’aéroport de Bora Bora. Le village de Vaitape est accessible en 20 minutes en bateau et en voiture.

Les villas sont ornées de sculptures polynésiennes artisanales et d’éléments en bois exotique. Elles comprennent la climatisation, ainsi qu’une salle de bains en marbre italien pourvue d’une douche à effet pluie et d’une baignoire.
