Our 5* resort has opened its doors beginning of September and entails 142 bungalows, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, Room Service 24h/24, SPA and Ecological Center.
We are currently seeking an English teacher to improve the overall English level amongst our hospitality staff. You will lead English workshops full of activities to enhance our employee’s comfort in speaking with our guests. Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment for our employees to reach our objectives. You will oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades to provide useful feedback.
Responsibilities includes, but are not limited tTeach basic English skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
·Compose lesson plans to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
·Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.
·Engage employees to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.
·Instruct employees about the structure and content of the English language.
·Teach employees the spelling of words, and their meanings.
·Emphasize the rules of composition, grammar and sentence construction.
·Teach employees the correct pronunciation of words.
What We’re Looking For :
-You are either an English native speaker or bilingual one. You’ll need to communicate clearly and confidently in English.
-You possess French language skills to be able to discuss with our English Beginner level employees.
-You possess the ability to lead English workshops full of activities and adapt them to a variety of levels, responding to individual needs.
-You can bring enthusiasm and a “can do” spirit into your lessons.
