Objectif du poste

Conrad Bora Bora Nui is looking for a Guest Relations Manager who responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Conrad’s policies.

Missions specifiques

•Maintain the quality and consistency of standard and train the Island Host on improvement areas.

•Responsible for daily supervision and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

•Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner, that all hotel standards are being applied.

•Make sure that SOPs and policies related to the guest experience are up to date and in accordance to the brand standards.

•Assist other departments to improve the guest satisfaction.

•Oversee the VIP program, amenities, flowers, gifts…

•Review the pre-arrival/in-house/post-stay guest to make sure that the guests have a memorable stay.

•Inspect VIP villas for check-in and during stayover service.

•Work closely with reception and housekeeping to ensure correct room status at all times

•Increase the guest interaction to drive the guest experience index.

•Assist the Front Office team in achieving the KPI of the department.

•Ensure that all Villas blocked for arrival are prepared on time prior guest arrival.

•Push the Island host team to compile and record guest preferences, like and dislikes, and to track it in preference sheet.

•Ensure through the effective supervision that all services offered are always available, and provide alternatives

•Responsible of staff scheduling, performance as well any disciplinary matters or any managerial duties as needed

•Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.

•Promote hotel facilities, services and product to the targeted guest group, using appropriate upselling skills.

•Meet and welcome most of the guests personally and thank them upon departure.

•Interact with the guests as much as possible, to ascertain preferences, dislikes and overall experiences at the hotel.

•Regularly inspect the quality of service provided by the Island host team, and ensure that all services are according to standard.

•Follow up and resolve complaints effectively

•Share with HOD any complaints, guests’ comments and opportunities.

•Check Island host’s grooming in accordance to hotel standard

•Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance program.

•Uphold the Hotel’s Values culture at all times to all guests and associates

•Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel policies and procedures

•To support the implementation of Hotel’s Core Values

Qualifications, savoirs etre et savoirs faire

Experience of minimum 4 years in managing a Guest Relations team and high knowledge of butler service preferred. Duty Manager Background much appreciated.

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and French. Additional language is required
