Resort Manager is in charge of operational management of the hotel. His duty: driving all Head of Departments in the objective to maximize the revenu and guest satisfaction As a Resident Manager, we reply on you to ·Assists the General Manager with the day to day operations of the hotel, with the primary objectives of increasing profitability for the company ·Improving standards of product and service for guests ·Keep operations team focused on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial results ·Responsible for driving strategic development, business planning & negociation ·Ensures that all operational areas have an atmosphere that is conductive to the overall guest experience ·Makes and executes key decisions to keep the property moving forward towards achievement of goals ·Participates in general management decision making, philosophies and team play to ensure awareness, trust and effective contribution ·Drive Conrad programs and projects Profile Professional competencies: ·Takes pride in being a hotelier ·Preferably comes from a hotel-related education background ·Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group and a resort ·You lead from the front and execute with passion ·Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times ·Enjoys working as part of a team ·Demonstrated leadership competencies ·Focused on relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders ·Possess excellent verbal and written with fluency in English (as well as the local language) ; due to the needs of servicing international and local customers.
